The Intelligence Of Cats Is Underrated

We take very good care of our. . .um. . .household demigods. When one of us is aware that one is using the litter box, one of us will volunteer to stand by with the scoop, and clean it then and there. Whoever is in there, will walk out and let their slave of whatever humanoid species take care of it with no attempt to bury anything. If no one is available, they will bury whatever, then TELL someone to clean the litter box.

I do wish they'd start using the toilet. One (The Percy prototype) of them will occasionally piss down the drain of the tub, but not always. He knows the concept, but I suppose he just doesn't want to risk fallin' in the loo.

There was another time we made the mistake of leaving a bag of cat food and catnip on the floor. One of the cats actually dug the catnip out of the bag, took the lid off the plastic container, and made a huge mess, but we left it there until the following Thursday. They had fun for a while.

I adore them all. They are such a trip. Yes, they came here with the mullethead.
