Fine. Just out of curiosity, I ordered a Geiger counter. I'm also getting readings from down south in the land of Californication on the web. A little higher than normal, but nothing to be concerned about, not that I'd have anything to be concerned about anyway.
In addition to that, oil is going to ridiculous levels, and the long distance commuters are up a creek. To us, it's not even a minor nuisance. Hey! We over order, and let the clerk keep the change. We had enough money to live in comfort for 18 months, and we now only have a theoretical 16 months total. Our landlord gets 2 months free and clear, even. . .so far. It's not like there's a point in asking for it back. We spent some of it on a couple of wild eat-out parties, wasn't sure once and played conservative for a couple of weeks after the first one, but it's fine. We are ahead enough to have some additional fun, not that we cost that much to entertain. It's not like we do media, or anything like that. We do a good job of keeping ourselves amused.
Man, this Libya thing sucks. The minute a coutry has something that a more powerful nation wants, they get attacked. How nice if the other major powers put a stop to this shoite. Rome in her last incarnation is just as evil as ever. I'm rather enjoying seeing the fires of her final destruction being lit.
