My mentor and I made devilled eggs with a side snow peas, forest mushrooms, and red bell pepper wokked in sesame oil. The devilled eggs. . .ya ken what a bitch it is to mince into tiny pieces by hand, shallots, green onions, feckin' tomatoes, red bell peppers, celery, cornichons, Kalamata olives, and at least we didn't cut up the capers? AAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!! Best Foods mayo, paprika, black, white, red pepper mixture, dill, and garlic powder. Oh, aye! Thar was egg yolk somewhar in thar! This was the mullethead's recipe. No clue how much of everything is put in each time, 'cause the mullerhead never measures anything, but somehow it always turns out OK. Even when we do it without 'er.
Gods, what work it was. It did go great on olive pugliese over romaine lettuce, though.
Not doing it again unless all THREE of us are there!
Then again, we could be sittin' there, all peelin' 15 tangerines apiece for the ponies.
