Amazing how good a simple meal that takes 5 minutes to throw together can taste. A couple of spoonfuls of port salut on sour batard, snow peas wokked in sesame oil, miso broth with seaweed, chives, and extra tofu, and a handful of raw baby carrots.
It was a light meal, and it was suggested I don't eat too heavy. We'd have a rare third meal, later.
